01 — About
What we do
// Right now
We're building in UEFN and Fortnite. It's a massive platform, and it lets us put new ideas in front of a lot of players and find out what works.
// What's next
We're early in development on our first standalone game in Unreal Engine. More freedom, more ambition — more on that later this year.
// How we work
We play our own rooms constantly, break them, and rebuild them. Most of what we make gets torn apart at least once. That's just part of the process — and honestly, it's the part we enjoy most.

The slate
Here's a preview of what we're working on now. Key art and final names are still placeholders.

Design Philosophy
You should feel smart when you finish.
Not because we went easy on you — because we designed it so the solution was always within reach. When you get out, it should feel earned. Making players feel genuinely clever is harder than making them feel stuck, and it's the only thing we care about getting right.
The room does the work.
The layout, the lighting, what you can see and what you can't — that's where the experience actually lives. We figure out the space before we figure out anything in it.
Reality is optional.
Physical escape rooms are stuck with physics. We're not. Gravity, time, geometry — all of it can be rewritten. We treat that as a genuine design tool, not a gimmick.
The "aha" is the whole game.
We're not designing for completion. We're designing for the moment when everything you've been looking at suddenly makes sense. That's what Mindslag is built around.
